When Payment Is Taken
Payment is authorized and captured when you place your order. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our processing queue. You will receive an order confirmation email after payment is successfully processed.

Failed Payments

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a return is received and inspected, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
