Some items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page. If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please do not attempt to repair or modify a damaged item, as this may affect your eligibility for resolution.
