1. Shipping Area
We ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
After an order has shipped, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 3–5 business days. These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier volume, or other unexpected events may cause delays.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. We do not add handling fees, fuel surcharges, or residential delivery fees at checkout.
5. Carriers and Tracking
The carrier assigned to your shipment is selected at the time of dispatch based on your delivery location, package size, and available service. The carrier name and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days after you receive that email, please contact us for assistance.
6. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect all packages when they arrive. If you see visible damage to the packaging or the item, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve the issue.
